EN:
This role will manage accounting, administration and HR functions for the Vietnam office while coordinating with our international team. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Finance
EN:
• Maintain accounting records in accordance with Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS)
• Issue invoices and manage receivables/payables (including international clients)
• Handle multi-currency transactions related to air cargo charter operations
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
• Prepare VAT filings and support tax compliance
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and tax advisors
• Report financial data to Head Office
2. Administration
EN:
• Manage office setup and daily administrative operations
• Maintain company licenses and compliance documents
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and authorities
• Handle office procurement and documentation
• Support travel arrangements, visas, and work permits
3. Human Resources
EN:
• Support recruitment (job posting, interview coordination)
• Manage onboarding, contracts, and employee records
• Ensure compliance with Vietnam Labor Law
• Track attendance, leave and payroll inputs
• Coordinate payroll with external providers
VI:
• Support recruitment (posting job ads, scheduling interviews)
• Managing personnel records and employment contracts
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.
• Track attendance, leave, and payroll data.
• Coordinate payroll processing with the service provider.
Requirements
Education / Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Vietnam
• Experience in accounting and tax compliance is required
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in logistics / freight forwarding / aviation.
Skills
EN:
• Strong knowledge of VAS and Vietnam tax regulations
• Experience with accounting software (Zoho, MISA, Odoo etc)
• Ability to handle multi-currency transactions
• Proficiency in Excel
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
English Requirement (Important)
EN:
This role involves daily communication with international clients and Head Office.
Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) are mandatory.
Candidates will be assessed in English during the interview.
