JOB DETAILS: This role includes invoicing, bookkeeping, internal reporting, payroll preparation, document management, processing payment requests and collecting shipping fees, as well as handling social insurance and health insurance registration for employees.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prepare invoices, record accounting entries, and create internal reports.
- Prepare payroll for employees.
- Managing company documents and records.
- Process payment requests and collect shipping fees.
- Process social insurance and health insurance registration documents for employees.
REQUEST:- At least two years of experience in a similar position is required.
- Graduated from a college or university with a relevant major.
- Basic conversational English.
- Knowing how to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
- In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: knowledge of Data Analysis, proficiency in Data Processing, and knowledge of Social Insurance Law.
- In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: Internal Accounting, and knowledge related to Cost Accounting.
