- Project management: Work with multiple parties to roll out and deliver projects successfully in a timely manner
- Monitor daily tasks of a project to make sure all deadlines are met
- Apply qualitative research and quantitative analysis to understand and improve current business processes
- Develop KPIs for the team and subsequently review / track these KPIs
- Analyze data for reporting and generate insights to inform new initiatives
- Other tasks assigned by team lead and higher management.
