Job description:
1. Demand communication: Communicate with the sales team to obtain the monthly export transportation plan, and receive booking requirements on the system;
2. Ocean freight booking: Submit the booking plan in ILS system and the freight forwarding system through the upper system or email, etc.;
3. Booking tracking: Communicate with the freight forwarder about the booking status of the space and the resolution of abnormal space problems, and promptly feedback the information to the sales team;
4. Booking replenishment: Replenish shipping info in time according to the SO time requirements, submit VGM according to the actual loading situation, and handle process abnormalities;
5. Document preparation: Prepare CLP, FCR, commercial invoice, packing list, CO, bill of lading, etc. according to the requirements of the contract or letter of credit, and submit documents according to customer requirements;
6. Express & air transport: Arrange air or express delivery according to business needs, and prepare relevant documents;
7. Reconciliation and reimbursement: Check accounts with suppliers, review supplier invoices, and pay local fees;
8. Other support: Consultation and communication with sales team, accounting team, and external customers.

Skill requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Familiar with export booking business and shipping document requirements;
3. Familiar with international trade knowledge and related operational requirements;
4. Proficient in English or Chinese.
