Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
Handle customers' calls and enquiries on delivery operations.
Liaise with delivery staff/stores to solve problems on delivery.
Handle and inspect furniture before/after the delivery (for heavy items, by two people)
Cooporate with partner companies to improve warehouse/delivery operations.
Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by Management from time to time.

Requirement:
From 30~40
Upper Intermediate English level
At least 3 years of experience as a Leader
Working experience in Logistics/warehouse
Good communication skills
Bachelors Degree
MS Office(Excel), good computer literacy
- Preferable skills
The will to change the current situation and take on new challenges
Proactive,fast learner and committed to work preferred
Salary: 18~20 mil (*Negotiable)
Working time
Varies with monthly shifts (start time 7:00~12:00, end time 16:00~21:00)
(Lunch time is 1 hour)
Willing to work in shifting schedule (including Saturday / Sunday / National holidays such as Tet)
