仓储运营主管
岗位描述：
1、负责本地仓储、物流体系搭建与运营，制定并定期完善仓库的各项工作流程及制度；
2、进行本地仓储入库、库内、出库、盘点等各环节管理，进行效率、成本监控，确保帐实一致，提升客户满意度；
3、结合系统流程要求与系统功能更新，对仓库人员进行培训确保操作落地；
4、分析日常运营数据，对仓储情况进行改进，定期汇总数据，进行分析报告；
5、根据日常运营需求收集系统优化需求，与IT工程师沟通解决方案；
6、做好合同管理与供应商管理，确保仓储业务的专业性与成本竞争力。
技能要求：
1、熟悉仓库整体运营流程，有2年以上仓库实战运营管理经验，了解WMS系统及作业流程；
2、有生产企业仓储流程制定相关经验，善于总结输出流程文件；
3、优秀的沟通表达能力，逻辑思维能力，善于数据分析，解决问题；
4、熟练的越语，较好的中文或英文。
Position Title：
Warehousing Operations Manager
Job description：
1. Responsible for the establishment and operation of local warehouses, and formulating and regularly improving various work processes ;
2. Manage all aspects of local warehouses, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, monitor efficiency and costs to improve customers' satisfaction;
3. Combined with system process requirements and system function updates, training for the warehouse staff;
4. Analyze daily operation data, improve warehousing management, summarize data regularly, and make analysis reports;
5. Collect system optimization requirements based on daily operation and communicate solutions with IT engineer;
6. Carry out contract management and supplier management to ensure the professionalism and cost competitiveness.
Skill requirements：
1. Be familiar with the overall operation process of the warehouse, have more than 2 years of practical warehouse operation and management experience, and be familiar with WMS systems and operation processes;
2. Have experience in formulating warehousing processes for production companies and be good at summarizing and outputting process documents;
3. Excellent communication and expression skills, logical thinking ability, good at data analysis and problem solving;
4. Proficient in Vietnamese and good in Chinese or English.
