JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
Handle customers' calls and enquiries on delivery operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
Handle customers' calls and enquiries on delivery operations.
Liaise with delivery staff/stores to solve problems on delivery.
Handle and inspect furniture before/after the delivery (for heavy items, by two people)
Cooporate with partner companies to improve warehouse/delivery operations.
Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by Management from time to time.
Managing a team of four members

REQUIREMENTS:

From 30~40
Upper Intermediate English level
At least 3 years of experience as a Leader
Working experience in Logistics/warehouse
Good communication skills
Bachelors Degree
MS Office(Excel), good computer literacy
The will to change the current situation and take on new challenges
Proactive,fast learner and committed to work preferred
To succeed in this role, essential skills include: excel, kỹ năng giao tiếp, làm việc nhóm, tin học văn phòng and quản lý ngân sách.
We also consider factors such as: logistics, nhân viên văn phòng, quản lý kho, quản lý and thủ kho.
