RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain an interactive and engaging online communication with the clients of the game.
Keep a professional and positive attitude, predisposing the clients to continue participation.
Work to continuously improve and up-level your hosting skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native Vietnamese.
Good level of English.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Open and communicative demeanor.
To succeed in this role, essential skills include: consulting, good speaking voice, handling, and good communication skills along with English.
To meet job requirements, understanding of is needed: customer care, customer support, service advisor, coordination as well as service.
