    JOB DESCRIPTION
    • Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including Live Chat, email, and phone.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
    • To ensure reliability, we must be able to provide 24/7 customer service
    • Coordinate with other departments to address and resolve important issues, identifying and addressing root causes for effective problem resolution
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of work improvement initiatives or business objectives by recommending, giving ideas, providing feedback, and so on
    • Assist with data collection. Provide daily, weekly, or monthly data consolidation, and analyze reports when required

    INFORMATION
    • Position:      Vietnamese Customer Support
    • Location:     Quezon City
    • Salary:         USD 1,000-1,200 NET
    • Schedule:    Shifting Schedule (5 days, 2 days off)
    • Work setup: Onsite

    REQUIREMENT
    • Vietnamese nationals willing to relocate to the Philippines
    • English basic communication skills
    • 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service
    • Monthly Meal Allowance

    • 30 days annual leaves (unused leaves are convertible into cash), an additional one day after every year.
