Tham mưu cho Ban Giám hiệu:
Chiến lược phát triển đào tạo sau đại học;
Tổ chức, phát triển và quản lý các hoạt động của chương trình đào tạo sau đại học theo đúng quy định;
Huy động nguồn lực có trình độ cao nhằm hỗ trợ nghiên cứu, đào tạo sau đại học.
Triển khai thực hiện:
Chủ trì việc soạn thảo các quy chế, quy định, quy trình của Trường về công tác đào tạo sau đại học;
Lập kế hoạch tổ chức và thực hiện quản lý các hoạt động đào tạo sau đại học;
Phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan lập hồ sơ mở ngành đào tạo sau đại học mới;
Tổ chức quản lý các lớp chuyển đổi, bổ túc kiến thức chuyên ngành, ôn tập để phục vụ công tác tuyển sinh;
Tổ chức công tác tuyển sinh sau đại học hàng năm; tổ chức liên kết đào tạo các chương trình sau đại học chưa có tại Trường;
Lập thủ tục công nhận học viên, người hướng dẫn và đề tài luận văn, luận án của học viên; làm thủ tục cho học viên bảo vệ luận văn, luận án và thủ tục cấp bằng cho học viên tốt nghiệp;
Điều phối và tổ chức thực hiện các công việc khác về quản lý hành chính đối với hoạt động đào tạo, liên kết đào tạo sau đại học với các cơ quan, tổ chức trong nước; quản lý, lưu trữ kết quả, các tài liệu học tập liên quan;
Quản lý nguồn lực của đơn vị để thực hiện các nhiệm vụ theo chức năng.
