Mô tả công việc

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work as part of a product team to discover the users’ needs.
Rapidly prototype UX solutions for internal and external products to drive conversion and increase productivity.
Discuss prototypes with stakeholders and incorporate their feedback, shortening the feedback loop prior to development
Create and maintain a design system that can be leveraged across our portfolio of companies
Deliver assets and specs to developers, and validate that designs are implemented according to spec
Stay current with the latest in usability across web, iOS, and Android
Design marketing website template; Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

2-4 years of experience in UX design
Strong portfolio of design projects
Proficient in interactive prototype creation (using Figma or similar)
Experience with WordPress templates a plus
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to effectively work in collaboration with others to achieve business objectives.
Able to work under high pressure of multi-tasking requests.
Knowledge or experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus.
