Job Description
We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer with expertise in React programming and familiarity with the Next.js framework to join our team. As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interfaces for our web applications using React.js and Next.js. You will work closely with our design and backend teams to deliver high-quality, responsive, and scalable user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement user interfaces for web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
- Work closely with the backend team to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users and implement necessary fixes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Experience with version control systems (such as Git).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).
- Knowledge of backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express.js).
- Familiarity with server-side rendering and static site generation using Next.js.
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme).
- Understanding of web accessibility standards.
