Xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu ứng viên cấp Khoa, Viện, Trung tâm, Ban giám hiệu các trường Đại học;
Tổ chức việc tuyển dụng nhân sự cấp Ban giám hiệu các trường Đại học;
Giám sát, thẩm định công tác tuyển dụng nhân sự cấp Khoa, Phòng, Viện, Trung tâm của các trường Đại học;
Hỗ trợ các đơn vị/trường xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến nhân sự và vận hành trường khi được yêu cầu;
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của lãnh đạo.
