Mô tả công việc

Nhận hàng từ nhà cung cấp;
Kêu gọi các thành viên trong cộng đồng có nhu cầu cùng nhau gom đơn hàng lẻ để nhận được giá sỉ/ có được ưu đãi tốt nhất;
Sắp xếp thời gian để khách hàng đến nhà lấy hàng;
Duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với thành viên trong cộng đồng và chăm sóc thành viên thông qua tư vấn online/offline;
Xử lý đổi trả hàng trên hệ thống;
Giải đáp các vấn đề liên quan đến đơn hàng của khách hàng.
