1. Thiết lập, triển khai và giám sát việc thực hiện kế hoạch bảo trì bảo dưỡng tại các phân xưởng ở nhà máy;
2. Đưa ra các ý kiến, đề xuất cải tiến để nâng cao hiệu quả của thiết bị. Chịu trách nhiệm triển khai các hoạt động cải tiến, tìm kiếm các thiết bị/giải pháp tốt nhất để phục vụ sản xuất theo đúng chỉ tiêu kỹ thuật yêu cầu;
3. Thiết lập, triển khai chương trình nâng cấp hoạt động PM trong phân xưởng. Thu thập các ý kiến, đề xuất của nhân viên để đẩy mạnh công tác cải tiến thiêt bị;
4. Kiểm soát hoạt động của tất cả các thiết bị, hoạt động kỹ thuật trong phân xưởng;
5. Hướng dẫn ,phân tích tìm ra nguyên nhân và có biện pháp khắc phục khi có sự cố hư hỏng, chất lượng ở khu vực sản xuất;
6. Tổ chức huấn luyện nâng cao kỹ năng bảo trì, bảo dưỡng cho nhân viên bảo trì.
7. Xây dựng và quản lý ngân sách của bộ phận;
8. Theo dõi, kiểm soát chi phí bảo trì của phân xưởng, từ đó đưa ra các hành động để nâng cao tính hiệu quả của công tác bảo trì;
9. Giám sát hoặc bố trí nhân viên giám sát nhà thầu khi thực hiện công tác trong phân xưởng. Huấn luyện cho nhà thầu khi công tác trong phân xưởng;
Nhắc nhở, huấn luyện nhân viên trong nhóm về việc thực hiện ISO về các quy định an toàn, sức khỏe, môi trường trong công tác, nhóm thực hiện đúng các quy định về GMP trong công tác bảo trì , bảo dưỡng thiết bị;
11. Tuân thủ theo các hệ thống quản lý đang áp dụng tại công ty Unilever Việt Nam;
12. Các công việc khác được giao bởi cấp quản lý.
