Mô tả công việc

What You’ll Do

Conduct in-depth research and sourcing to build a robust candidate database aligned with client requirements.
Identify and explore potential recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and client specifications.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, including data entry and documentation.
Assist with other recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

What You Need

4th year students, priority given to students committed to working full-time;
Good communication skill;
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using recruitment tools and databases
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
