- Lên kế hoạch kiểm thử (test plan), thiết kế kịch bản kiểm thử (test case) theo tài liệu mô tả, phân tích yêu cầu
- Thực hiện kiểm thử cho các ứng dụng dành cho ngân hàng, tài chính bao gồm các ứng dụng hỗ trợ xử lý nghiệp vụ tự động, ứng dụng tự động hóa nghiệp vụ
- Quản lý, phân tích và theo dõi kết quả kiểm thử, bảo cáo kết quả kiểm thử, đảm bảo chất lượng phần mềm trước khi đưa lên Production
- Viết tài liệu sản phẩm
- Hỗ trợ trao đổi làm rõ yêu cầu và bug phát sinh với khách hàng
