    Job description
    • Hands-on Development: Lead the technical development of the TeenCare app, writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.
    • Team Building: Play a pivotal role in hiring, mentoring, and building a high-performing product team.
    • Technical Leadership: Define and implement the technical architecture, technology stack, and development processes.
    • Innovation & Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges and drive innovative solutions.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
    • Ownership & Autonomy: Take full ownership of projects and drive them from concept to completion.

    Job requirements
    • Experience: 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in [e.g., JavaScript, React Native, NextJs, NestJs, NodeJs, Python, Java etc.], with experience in full-stack development.
    • Startup Spirit: Enthusiasm for building products from scratch, with a can-do attitude and willingness to get your hands dirty.
    • Leadership Potential: Ambition to grow into a CTO/CPO role, with a passion for mentoring and leading a team.
    • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
    • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
