Duties and responsibilities:
Recognize, gather and document detailed the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer software offered by the company.
Ensuring solutions meet client business needs and requirements.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Takes orders over the phone and in person.
Negotiate price for the sale.
Provide technical support after merchandise is purchased.
Construct sales pitches and presentations.
Negotiate a commercial agreement.
Help customers maximize the use of software features.
Advise on appropriate user training.
Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.
Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals.
Other assignments as requirements.

Who is the perfect fit
Experience in Business Analyst or similar jobs is highly desirable
At least 1-2 years relevant experience (Big bonus if experienced in IT industry)
Careful, meticulous, high responsibility and have effective organizational skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Able to work under pressure
Good communication in English is required
