Nội dung công việc

Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications and web systems using Microsoft Technologies, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards.
Technical Consultation: Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements, provide technical insights, and develop customized solutions that align with business goals.
Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within production environments to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and report regularly to Project Managers, ensuring that all development tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and user experience, proactively implementing improvements where necessary.
Legacy System Management: Ensure smooth integration and maintenance of existing systems while adopting new technologies and features as needed.
Additional Duties: Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Supervisors or Project Managers to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

A minimum of 1 year in software development is required. However, recent graduates with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Strong experience with .NET and related languages (C#, ASP.NET), managing performance, scalability, security, and testing.
Proficient in React, with basic knowledge of CSS and JavaScript, and the ability to troubleshoot and fix bugs when needed.
Experience with MS SQL Server or MySQL.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of software design and architectural patterns.
Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Experience with CI/CD tools, especially GitLab CI/CD.
Familiar with Docker, Swarm, and Kubernetes (K8s).
Effective time management and multitasking skills under pressure.
Creative problem-solving skills, applying business logic in development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience.
A strong command of written and spoken English is a significant advantage.
