    Job description

    • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
    • Develop, deploy, and manage containerized applications using AWS Fargate and AWS ECR.
    • Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS services to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
    • Responsible to deliver high quality codes for implementations.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve software development processes.
    • Ensure system readiness for cloud deployment and compatibility with cloud-native technologies.

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong emphasis on Java development.
    • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot and Hibernate frameworks.
    • Proficiency in AWS cloud services, including AWS Fargate, AWS ECR, AWS RDS (PostgreSQL), and AWS CI/CD.
    • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., SVN, Git).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
      Preferred Qualifications:
    • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer.
    • Experience with other AWS services such as AWS Fargate, RDS, CloudWatch and ECR.
    • Experience with database design and management (SQL for Oracle & PostgreSQL and NoSQL for MongoDB).
