Mô tả công việc

CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure they align with quality standards and project plans. Implement quality control processes, and conduct inspections. Ensure all work conducted meets regulations and industry standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure they align with quality standards and project plans.
Implement quality control processes, and conduct inspections.
Ensure all work conducted meets regulations and industry standards.
Monitor and report on the progress of construction activities (Prepare daily /weekly/monthly reports).
Control sub-contractor and workers at site.
Complete and maintain detailed records of site activities, design, materials and any changes made to project plans.
Other duties as required by Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2 years experience (focus on directly supervising construction at site).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Environmental Engineering.
Have a good understanding and demonstrative experience of Water & Wastewater treatment projects.
Ability to form strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Create 2D shop drawings and isometric drawings from 3D models.
Familiarity with MS Office applications.
Good English skills.
Able to work a long time at site.
Independent and teamwork capabilities.
Extra hours may be required when nearing the completion of a project.

Salary: 400$-500$ VND depending on ability (Net salary). Will be specifically negotiated during interview.
Calculate overtime with the statutory coefficient.
12 days leave/year.

Bonus: 13th month salary + bonus profit based on annual company.
Salary increase regime: Salary increase is evaluated once a year (twice a year for excellent employees) + increase according to price escalation.
Allowance: 550000VND/month for lunch and other night shifts (if any).
Support for travel expenses and hotel expenses when traveling on business.
