Looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist/Manager who can work full-time for Alpha Lion Holdings

SEO SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven skills and experience in SEO (off page, on page and technical SEO) and content marketing
Advanced link building skills required ( Guest Blogging, .EDU AND .GOV Link Building, Broken Link Building etc.)
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Search Console) and preparing data reports
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Excellent English speaking & writing skills
Experience in Shopify and Ahrefs is a plus
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated to SEO strategy
Plan, develop, strategize & implement effective off-site link-building strategies
Create search strategies timelines, calendars, and goals
Build new SEO processes and manage implementation together with the content team
KEY FUNCTIONAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform site audit, keyword research, keyword mapping and competitor analysis
Provide SEO analysis and recommendations
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues
Implement regular site audits to identify areas of improvement
Collaborate with the Content Team in researching keyword trends, creating optimized content, & implementing internal linking strategies
Ability to track, monitor web traffic results and analyze reports to come up with plans to resolve issues
Keep up to date with latest trends and best practices in white hat SEO
Work closely with the other team members to meet SEO goals
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
We have budget to go as high as 20 million vnd starting salary for the right hire, plus LOTS of upside if you come in and make a big impact
WORK SCHEDULE:
8hrs/day, 40hrs/week • Preferably Night shift but amenable to overlapping Night and Day shift to communicate with US team
