Job description
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be part of the Regional PMO Team in defining the product vision and ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. You will also be heavily involved in the Product Lifecycle, which includes gathering and prioritizing requirements and working closely with stakeholders and partners/vendors to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Head of PMO to define product strategy and roadmap
Manage the Vietnam PMO Team, including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA Testers.
Liaise with Technical Team to ensure deliverables are delivered on time and within resources allocated (eg: provide Business Unit testing support, ensure all pre-implementation activities are completed, provide post-implementation support of the product)
Ensure Business/Product Requirements Documents (BRDs/PRDs) adhered to business requirements, and are reviewed and sign-off by business Units
Manage stakeholders’ expectations, provide regular project updates.
Provide leadership and guidance to Team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing Team
Work with internal/external parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.

Your skills and experience
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business informatics, business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Manager or in Project Management roles.
Fluent English
Experienced in seeing Products through the full life cycle.
Experience in stakeholders’ management and vendor management skills.
Proven track record in defining and launching medium to large scale products successfully
Analytical mindset with a strong ability in decision making and problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good working experience in Waterfall/Agile methodologies, and using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
