JOB SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will manage and lead multiple social campaigns simultaneously, ensuring quality execution and on-time delivery. They will also work closely with the Account Manager to develop proposals and present them to clients, taking ownership of campaign execution across various digital platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and lead multiple social campaigns simultaneously, ensuring quality execution and on-time delivery
Work closely with the Account Manager to take client briefs, develop proposals, and present to clients when needed
Prepare quotations, manage budgets & optimizing KPI for client
Build and manage project timelines, proactively identifying risks and solutions
Take ownership of campaign execution across digital platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Zalo, etc.), including coordinating with third-party partners and ensuring smooth delivery throughout the campaign lifecycle
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and proactively suggest optimizations to improve outcomes
Report on project progress, risks, and KPI performance to internal teams and clients
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, social, and media) to ensure seamless execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third-party partners
Mentor/guide junior team members (if any) and support team efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
1-2 years of experience in a digital/social agency as a Senior Account Executive
Strong understanding of digital platforms and campaign execution (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills
Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a dynamic agency environment
Experience in proposal development, reporting, and client-facing roles
In terms of skills, candidates should have: project management, and customer relations.
Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: Account Manager, Specialist in Public Relations, and Customer Management.
