We are international company developing an advanced AI Assistant Platform designed for the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, serviced apartments) lilu.tech.
Our solution helps hotels automate guest communication, increase revenue, reduce workload on staff and improve service quality using modern AI technologies.
We are now expanding in Vietnam and seeking a motivated Sales Executive / Account Manager with experience in B2B sales.
Role Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation (Vietnam-wide)
Identify and approach hotels, resorts, property management groups and hospitality companies across all regions of Vietnam.
Conduct cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, Zalo,) to initiate contact with decision-makers (General Managers, Sales Directors, Owners, Operations Managers).
Actively build a strong sales pipeline and search for new opportunities.
Client Engagement
Present AI product value to hotel management.
Conduct product demonstrations.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, close deals.
Build long-term relationships with hotel clients (Account Management).
Reporting
Maintain updates in CRM.
Provide weekly sales reports.
Key Requirements
Experience in B2B sales mandatory.
Preferably experience in IT / SaaS OR hospitality industry (hotels, travel tech, PMS, channel managers).
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Vietnamese language fluent. English intermediate or higher (communication with international team).
Ability to work independently, result-oriented mindset.
Understanding of hotel operations is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling digital platforms, automation tools, CRM, PMS, AI or cloud software.
Existing network in the hotel industry.
Confidence in dealing with hotel management and owners.

Competitive base salary + attractive commission per closed deal. Base salary 800$ net + performance bonus up to 100%
