Mô tả công việc

1. Trách nhiệm công việc
* Tham gia tư vấn và giới thiệu dịch vụ của công ty đến khách hàng người nước ngoài
* Dẫn dắt và phát triển đội Sales để đạt được các chỉ tiêu doanh số đề ra.
* Lập kế hoạch, triển khai chiến lược bán hàng phù hợp với mục tiêu và tầm nhìn của công ty.
* Đảm bảo việc quản lý và phát triển mối quan hệ với khách hàng hiện tại và tiềm năng.
* Theo dõi và báo cáo hiệu quả của các hoạt động bán hàng.

2. Yêu cầu
* Ngôn ngữ ít nhất là Tiếng Anh
* Có kinh nghiệm từng làm việc trong ngành Sales
* Có bằng cấp học qua các khóa bất động sản là một lợi thế
* Có khả năng lãnh đạo, tổ chức và truyền cảm động viên đội nhóm.
* Sáng tạo, năng động và có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao.
* Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết phục tốt.

Môi trường làm việc nhẹ nhàng, đồng nghiệp dễ thương.

Nhân viên sẽ có bảo hiểm xã hội và được hưởng lương tháng 13 theo chế độ của công ty.

Vị trí làm việc ở Bình Thạnh, 5 ngày làm việc tại văn phòng, và 1 ngày làm việc online. \
