JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop business plans for each required timeframe to establish business targets and activity plans.
Corporate with other Departments (FA,CS, SD..etc) for the work related.
Focus on achieving Recruiting and Sales targets within an assigned region.
Develop sales area and expansion plans.
Achieve sales and persistency targets.
Develop tactical campaigns for the region to increase sales productivity.
Implement sales strategies with assigned areas, tracking and monitoring results.
Responsible for regular sales reporting to Head of Sales.
Develop strong relationships with bank’s regional heads and branch managers.
Ensure sales operations for in charge areas to be in place and support whenever being required.
Provide market intelligence and intelligence report on bank’s business development, manpower and other situations.

District, Hanoi City
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in IT/Business Administration or relevant majors.
At least 2 years of working experience in technical sales. Experience in payment sector/bank is advantage.
English: communication and report writing.
Strongly developed oral and written communication skills with strong customer service ability.
Professional ability in presentations, negotiation and relationship building skills.
Good team-work spirit.

Probation time: 2 months
Working time: Mon - Fri from 8:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.
