Provide product information and assistance to customers. Maintain organized and attractive product displays. Monitor inventory levels and promptly inform management of replenishment needs. Process payments and issue invoices. Address customer inquiries regarding products and sales policies. Participate in sales-boosting activities and promotional campaigns.
Candidates should be 18-30 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrate excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales. Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities are essential. Prior sales experience or retail work is preferred, but on-the-job training is provided for those without experience.
