Thay mặt Công ty giải quyết các vấn đề diễn ra tại khu văn phòng cho thuê; tiếp thu và xử lý các ý kiến phản ánh của khách hàng, tòa nhà,..
Đại diện cho Công ty quan hệ, làm việc với các bên liên quan trong việc tổ chức quản lý, điều hành và giải quyết các vướng mắc tại theo chức năng, nhiệm vụ được phân công.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo nội dung chỉ đạo.
