Nhiệm vụ 1: Quản lý thiết kế cảnh quan các dự án được giao
- Làm việc với đơn vị tư vấn cảnh quan
- Đề xuất điều chỉnh thiết kế (Nếu cần); đề xuất thiết kế ý tưởng cảnh quan; đề xuất các phương án, giải pháp cảnh quan
- Theo dõi, phối hợp tư vấn thiết kế/ nhà thầu để hoàn chỉnh hồ sơ thiết kế cảnh quan cho các dự án phụ trách
* Nhiệm vụ 2: Phối hợp các phòng ban chuyên môn
- Phối hợp các bộ môn kiến trúc/ Quy hoạch đề xuất các giải pháp/ ý tưởng liên quan đến cảnh quan
- Phối hợp phòng cung ứng trong công tác chọn nhà thầu thi công, chọn nhà cung cấp vật liệu cảnh quan
- Phối hợp với công trường triển khai, đảm bảo thi công đúng tiến độ, đảm bảo chất lượng cây xanh - cảnh quan cho dự án; Đề xuất các điều chỉnh kịp thời các vướng mắc khi công trường triển khai thi công
- Phối hợp phòng ban khác liên quan đến cảnh quan
* Nhiệm vụ 3: Site visit dự án phụ trách định kỳ (trước, trong và sau khi công tác cảnh quan) hoặc yêu cầu của phòng ban để phát triển, điều chỉnh kịp thời các hạn mục chưa phù hợp.
* Nhiệm vụ 4: Thực hiện các công việc khác cho quản lý trực tiếp phân công
* Nhiệm vụ 5: Đảm bảo tiến độ ngân sách cho các công việc thiết kế
