    • Chịu trách nhiệm về tiến độ sản xuất, chất lượng và số lượng hàng hóa sản xuất ra phải đảm bảo luôn đúng theo kế hoạch.
    • Chịu trách nhiệm về nhu cầu nguyên vật liệu, thiết bị và nhân sự cho mỗi đơn hàng.
    • Tham gia trực tiếp vào việc lên kế hoạch, kiểm tra, giám sát và đôn đốc quá trình sản xuất.
    • Điều phối công việc cụ thể cho từng cá nhân, bộ phận có liên quan
