JOB SUMMARY:
Be part of a real-world DevOps project in the healthcare domain with a global reach, taking on the role of a professional BPM. Gain exposure across diverse industries such as healthcare, fintech, startups, gaming, AR/VR, and AI. We follow DevOps and Agile as our core methodologies, alongside some Enterprise Waterfall projects. Our team collaborates closely with product owners as part of our working culture. Directly communicate with Japanese product owners to clarify requirements, timelines, and system architecture. Provide regular updates on project progress through daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Collaborate with the team to handle project estimation and planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be part of a real-world DevOps project in the healthcare domain with a global reach, taking on the role of a professional BPM.
- Gain exposure across diverse industries such as healthcare, fintech, startups, gaming, AR/VR, and AI.
- We follow DevOps and Agile as our core methodologies, alongside some Enterprise Waterfall projects.
- Our team collaborates closely with product owners as part of our working culture.
- Directly communicate with Japanese product owners to clarify requirements, timelines, and system architecture.
- Provide regular updates on project progress through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the team to handle project estimation and planning.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience Project Management or experience leading projects(PL,BrSE,ITcomm etc...) within the past few years.
- Experience in programming with any programming language is a plus.
- Good Japanese communicate ~ upper N2.
- Communication skills in simple English (Chatting & Talking).
- Having a sense of recognizing the issue & suggesting Kaizen plan.
- Logical thinking & explanation skill based on factual data or numbers.
- Passion to learn hard, and become a high-level BPM, PMO, PM Specialist in short-term.
