Mô tả công việc

Duties and Responsibilities:
Build, develop, and maintain the company's quality management system.
Improve quality processes to minimize defective products during production:

Monitor KPI indicators to evaluate quality performance and report to the department head.
Monitor the yield and pass rate of quality for continuous improvements. Facilitate Root Cause Investigations related to process & materials which impact on final product performance.
Train team members on quality standards and quality control procedures.
Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products throughout the production process.
Prepare and organize internal quality system audits according to ISO 9001 standards, brand requirements, customer requirements, or third-party standards.
Sharing of daily quality reports and summary of monthly quality reports in CTC plant.
Quality complaint handling and COA document preparation.

Profile

Bachelors degree in a related field.
Fluent in English or Chinese (speaking, writing, reading) for communication with international partners.

Qualification

College
MBA is desirable but not essential.

Experience

Working experience in the textile industry is preferred.
More than five years of experience in quality management.

Competencies and skills

Strong comprehension ability and execution ability is necessary.
Be familiar with the five tools and apply.
Principle awareness.
