JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Customer Support Staff member to handle phone and email inquiries for the vacation rental properties we operate.
This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay for guests by providing timely and accurate support before, during, and after their stay.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email
Pre-stay inquiries (availability, facilities, access, pricing, etc.)
During-stay support (check-in instructions, facility issues, local information, etc.)
Post-stay inquiries (lost items, receipts, follow-up questions, reviews)
Handle messages from booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.
Log and manage inquiry details using internal tools
Coordinate with cleaning staff or property managers when necessary
Identify common guest questions and suggest improvements to support processes

REQUIREMENTS:

Gender:Female
Age: 23~40 years old
EducationAny
Experience:Over 1 year as CS
Must
Japanese N1 or Upper N2 level
Business English skillSupport for English customer as well
Comfortable handling customer inquiries via phone and email
Basic computer skills (email, messaging tools, simple data entry)
Clear, polite, and professional communication skills
Ability to read and write in Japanese accurately
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer support, call centers, hospitality, or service roles
Experience in the vacation rental, hotel, or travel industry
Ideal Candidate Profile
Customer-oriented and attentive to guest needs
Calm and reliable, especially when handling issues or urgent requests
Able to follow procedures while adapting to different situations
Detail-oriented and consistent in daily support tasks
