    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Cooperate with engineering/project department for placing orders to buy equipments relating to project
    • Find new suppliers, negotiate and agree with supplers for get product with good price and quality
    • Follow orders, delivery progress, invoices and make payments to suppliers
    • Make and check the contract, documents
    • Organize meetings and schedule customer visits, meet customers
    • Order stationery and office supplies
    • Maintain internal database, employee records, a system of data records about customers and external partners
    • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
    • Prepare reports and presentations
    • Organize, store, and print company documents when needed
    • Handle requirements from managers and employees and support them
    • Update office policies and ensure compliance with these policies

    REQUEST:
    • University or higher majoring in: Law, Business Administration, Economics, English Language, Office Administration
    • Fluency in English (English is the main language for communication)
    • Ability to organize, and work in a team
    • Having engineering and construction experience more advantage
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
    • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Organize scientific work and have the ability to organize well meetings.
    • Communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
    • Honest, vivacious, dynamic, eager to learn, with a high sense of responsibility. Other expertise assigned by direct management or the Board of Directors of the Company.
