    Nội dung công việc
    • Support the production team to execute projects on a daily basis, as well as communicate internally and externally throughout the project development process, ensuring the highest quality product is delivered on agreed schedule
    • Coordinate work on some of the project's key processes such as managing the outsourcing of art assets
    • Responsible for delivering optimum balance among time, budget, and quality for all assigned projects
    • Provide an efficient dashboard for the Core Team and the Management to be able to follow Project progress and productivity
    • Responsible for the product development cycle including concept, budget, pre-production, production, approval, quality assurance, code release, foreign translations, and ports
    • Responsible for working with customers: communicating, negotiating, receiving requirements, analyzing project requirements and exchanging requirements with the project team
    • Responsible for controlling all activities of the software development project according to the process
    • Gather and lead the project team (prefer the Scrum method) to ensure the most urgent and important tasks are completed first, aligning the whole team with the overall project goal
    • Acting as a bridge between the client, the project team and other departments, responsible for reporting to the Board of Directors on the assigned work
    • Provide timely solutions when risks occur, contribute initiatives to the Board of Directors to improve project quality
    • Responsible for handing over finished software products to customers
    • Provide solutions to realize the requirements from the business and operations block into specific functions on the information technology system and application
    • Domain: Banking

    Yêu cầu ứng viên
    • At least 3 years of project management experience with a team size > 10 people
    • Ability to analyze business, estimate, and propose solutions
    • Having a PMP/PSM certificate is an advantage
    • English Communication
