Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee various IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, plans, and schedules
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry (5+ years preferred)
- Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of project management software tools
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in both English and local language (Vietnamese or Cantonese, depending on location)
