    Mô tả công việc

    CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC
    • Tìm kiếm khách hàng trong nước và quốc tế (Searching for customers domestically and internationally).
    • Lập kế hoạch và tổ chức triển lãm tại Việt Nam (Planning and organizing trade expos in Vietnam).
    • Tiếp nhận đơn hàng, xây dựng quy trình và thời gian thực hiện (Acknowledging the Customer purchase order by setting procedures and timescales).
    • Phối hợp với nhà thầu và các bộ phận nội bộ theo kế hoạch triển lãm (Coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders).
    • Xác nhận và theo dõi tình trạng dự án với khách hàng (Regularly confirming project status with clients).
    • Đáp ứng các yêu cầu đã được thỏa thuận theo hợp đồng (Fulfilling contractual documentary requirements).
    Thời gian làm việc: 8:30 sáng - 5:30 chiều (Thứ Hai - Thứ Sáu).
