JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Sales Manager to handle inbound client requests, provide consultations, and offer optimal traffic solutions. This role involves advising on product features, preparing customized offers, and proactively engaging with new clients to drive sales and foster strong client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound client requests and provide initial consultations
- Advise clients on available plans, product features, and service specifics
- Recommend optimal traffic types and packages based on client needs
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services and packages
- Communicate with clients in English, collect feedback and insights
- Prepare customized offers, including special terms for large traffic volumes and long-term packages
- Perform primary client qualification: clarify needs, answer questions, and close initial deals
- Proactively search for new clients in Telegram chats and communities
REQUIREMENTS:
- English level B1 or higher (spoken and written)
- Experience in pre-sales, sales, or customer support (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions
- Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working remotely
- In terms of skills, candidates should have: strong grasp of sales skills, understanding of business skills, and knowledge of market analysis.
- Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of sales, and experience with sales manager.
