Xây dựng chiến lược marketing, tuyển sinh & truyền thông khối Đại học theo định hướng & chiến lược của Tập đoàn;
Chịu trách nhiệm trước Chủ tịch về kết quả tuyển sinh của tất cả các đơn vị trực thuộc NHG;
Kết hợp chặt chẽ với các đơn vị xây dựng chiến lược marketing, tuyển sinh & truyền thông phù hợp với đặc thù từng đơn vị và tuân thủ chiến lược của Tập đoàn;
Giám sát, thẩm định việc thực hiện công việc marketing, tuyển sinh & truyền thông của các đơn vị thuộc khối Đại học;
Xây dựng, đào tạo & phát triển đội ngũ Ban Marketing - Truyền thông nhằm đạt được mục tiêu được giao hàng năm và đáp ứng kịp thời sự phát triển của Tập đoàn;
Trực tiếp tham mưu, định hướng & hỗ trợ đội ngũ tuyển sinh tại các đơn vị khi cần;
Đẩy mạnh việc hợp tác marketing với các đối tác, nhằm quảng bá và tối ưu hiệu quả các kênh & nguồn lực truyền thông của Tập đoàn.
