JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with various media partners, identifying new partnership opportunities, and developing customized sponsorship packages. It also includes evaluating media value, working closely with brands to understand objectives, and coordinating with media partners to execute sponsorship campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners (TV, streaming platforms, press, radio, etc.)
- Identify and develop new partnerships; organize regular meetings to strengthen collaboration
- Negotiate cooperation terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Develop and customize sponsorship packages (logo placement, advertising, co-branded content, exclusive rights, etc.)
- Evaluate media value based on reach, impressions, and audience engagement
- Tailor proposals to meet specific partner or brand needs (events, films, gameshows, etc.)
- Work closely with brands (FMCG, tech, fashion, etc.) to understand objectives (brand awareness, lead generation, product placement) and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate with media partners to execute sponsorship campaigns and ensure alignment between brand goals and partner capabilities
- Draft and manage sponsorship contracts, including terms, benefits, and timelines
- Oversee campaign execution, ensure deliverables, and resolve issues promptly
- Analyze performance data (viewership, engagement, social metrics) and prepare reports (ROI, reach, effectiveness)
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns
- Explore new business opportunities through market trends (livestream, short-form, VR, etc.)
- Expand partner network via industry events and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content) to ensure campaign quality and integration
- Report partnership progress and revenue contribution to BoD
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of experience in Partnership, B2B, or Business Development (preferably in media, entertainment, or advertising)
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and relationship management
- Solid understanding of media channels (TV, digital, OTT) and sponsorship models
- Excellent communication skills; fluent English is a plus
- Analytical ability (ratings, impressions, CPM, performance metrics)
- Creativity in developing innovative sponsorship ideas
- Project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficiency in Analysis, knowledge of Marketing, strong negotiation skills, and experienced with data processing.
- Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of Digital Marketing, understanding of Marketing Manager, and experience with Bridge System Engineer.
