MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Báo cáo hóa đơn quý: Kiểm tra số hóa đơn sử dụng, số hóa đơn hủy và cách tính hóa đơn tồn.
- Báo cáo tài chính: Kiểm tra bảng thuyết minh tài chính, bảng cân đối tài khoản, bảng hoạt động kết quả kinh doanh.
- Kiểm tra chi tiết từng tài khoản số phát sinh nợ- có đúng với bảng tổng hợp, Hạch toán chi tiết từng tài khoản đúng nội dung phát sinh mà thuế quy định.
- Kiểm tra & theo dõi hợp đồng
- Quyết toán thuế đối với các cơ quan thẩm quyền
- Báo cáo thuế hàng tháng: Kiểm tra cách phân bổ thuế GTGT được khấu trừ, kiểm tra đầu ra, đầu vào, thuế GTGT chịu thuế & không chịu thuế, cách phân bổ thuế còn được khấu trừ.
- Kiểm tra dòng tiền cân đối thu – chi.
- Lên kế hoạch và đào tạo cho nhân viên trong phòng kế toán.
YÊU CẦU:
- Tuyển thay thế, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm quản lí toàn nhà cho thuê.
- Quản lí 4 nhân viên kế toán, yêu cầu có trình độ quản lí, phải lead được team kế toán, kế toán viên trình độ rất giỏi.
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán/Tài chính/Kinh tế
- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, sử dụng tốt các phần mềm kế toán
- Ưu tiên ứng viên gần Quận 7.
