Working place: 648 Cach Mang Thang 8, Ward 11, Dist 3

Job functions:

Material status updating
Stock record & Reservation
Collect materials
Arranging delivery for Fabric local suppliers
Do analytic report of Material ETA performance & discrepancies for SMS after shipment
Clarify information, once have discrepancy, will go to main warehouse & f’ry to inspect materials if necessary and come back SIV office for further working
Issue discrepancy report or claim supplier
Follow & update replacement status
Other task under request by Management

Requirements:

Can communicate in English
Have MS office skills

If you have no expericene, but you're good at English and MS office, you can be trained to performed the job.
