Mô tả công việc

Thực hiện và chịu trách nhiệm về hoạt động phân tích đầu tư, lập dự án đầu tư và hiệu quả đầu tư dự án;
Tham mưu toàn bộ các vấn đề thuộc lĩnh vực công ty;
Lập tiền khả thi dự án, phương án đầu tư và hiệu quả đầu tư dự án;
Phân tích đầu tư tài chính và đưa ra các phương án đầu tư hiệu quả, định giá doanh nghiệp, lên phương án và đề xuất chiến lược khi tham gia hoạt động mua bán sáp nhập từng doanh nghiệp cụ thể;
Tiến hành các thủ tục tham gia mua bán sáp nhập và phối hợp các phòng ban liên quan;
Tham gia trực tiếp vào từng sự vụ để giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong việc thực hiện khi thực hiện hợp đồng mua bán sáp nhập với các bên liên quan.
