Position: Sales & Marketing (Japanese Speaker)
Qualifications:
- Vietnamese Nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in any field from top tier universities
- Good communication skills in Japanese (N1/Business/Native Level) and English (Business Level)
- Experience: not required but preferred as below:
1. Fresher graduated from top-tier university in Vietnam, or
2. Having study experience in a top-tier university in Japan
Responsibilities:
- Set marketing schedules and coordinate with colleagues, business partners, investors, banks, and other professionals to implement business strategies across multiple channels;
- Create information materials and presentations to business partners, clients, and investors, for business development / Develop marketing strategies and approaches for various marketing research and consulting services;
- Deal with questions and requests from domestic and foreign clients, including but not limited to Japanese investors, about marketing research and consulting services benefits;
- Create and present regular marketing reports or asset management reports to business partners, clients, and investors;
- Research potential target industries trends and patterns, business partners, and clients;
- Study competition/competitors to find new ways to acquire new clients and retain existing clients;
- Collaborate with internal and/or external teams to address clients’ needs;
- Translate documents from Vietnamese into Japanese when necessary;
- Interpret Vietnamese language for Japanese management team or Japanese clients when necessary;
- Manage daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arranges new meetings and appointments with clients;
- Perform other functions that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time in Japanese.
