- Tư vấn khách hàng trực tiếp, trực tuyến và điện thoại. Chăm sóc khách hàng (các thắc mắc của khách hàng phải được giải quyết kịp thời).
-Xác nhận đơn hàng và phối hợp với các thành viên khác trong bộ phận, trong công ty để xử lí đơn hàng một cách hiệu quả nhất.
-Thực hiện các quy trình xuất nhập hàng, thu chi tài chính. Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ kế toán bán hàng.
-Kiểm kê, bàn giao và báo cáo tình hình bán hàng theo định kì ngày/tuần/tháng.
-Gói hàng, điều phối vận chuyển giao hàng, xử lí phản hồi của shipper, khách hàng trước, trong và sau khi giao hàng
-Hỗ trợ các công việc admin, sales & marketing khác khi cần thiết
