Quản lý, đánh giá chất lượng công việc của các thành viên trong dự án;
Tiếp nhận các yêu cầu của khách hàng và đề xuất hướng giải quyết;
Cập nhật kiến thức về công nghệ và nghiệp vụ theo yêu cầu.
