1.Quản lý chất lượng hệ thống bồn chứa, xe hàng và thực hiện công việc nạp khí, đảm bảo cungcấp sản phẩm theo đúng yêu cầu về số lượng, chất lượng và tiến độ.
- Phân tích các bồn chứa và sản phẩm trước khi vào bồn
- Phân tích các xe bồn đi khách hàng và cấp chứng chỉ chất lượng.
- Kiểm tra tình trạng hoạt động các máy phân tích
- Hiệu chuẩn máy phân tích đảm bảo hoạt động ổn định
- Nhập số liệu vào sổ xuất nhập hàng và thực hiện báo cáo khi kết thúc ca.
Manage and control quality of storage tank, tanker how to correct quality, quantity and schedule
-Analyzing storage tank, product before into storage tank-Analyzing tanker and issue Certificate of analysis (COA).
-Analysis checking and monitoring
-Calibration analysis system how to be working well-Input analysis data, makeshift, daily report
2. Vệ sinh, quản lý khu vực thiết bị được giao,(Hệ thống máy phân tích, khí chuẩn) thực hành 5S
Clean up working space, Monitoring tool and equipment (analysis, standard gas 5S…)
3. Báo cáo công việc, báo cáo sự cố cho trưởng phòng sản xuất làm báo cáo sản xuất cuối ca.
Report work status to production manager or plant manager. Make product report at end operating shift.
4. Phối hợp với các phòng ban khác để kịp thời khắc phục sự cố.
Join with other department to fixed emergency issue
5. Tham gia đào tạo, huấn luyện.
Join training programs.
6. Đễ xuất các biện pháp cải tiến để nâng cao hiệu suất sản xuất
Proposing idea to improvement production, cost saving.
7. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do trưởng ca giao
Perform other tasks assigned by Operating shift leader
Yêu cầu công việc
- Cao đẳng/Trung cấp Chuyên ngành Hóa, Hóa phân tích
Intermediate degree of Chemical technical
- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm vận hành máy phân tích
Min 1 year1 experience in working with position operating analysis
- Có kinh nghiệm vận hành hệ thống máy phân tích trong nhà máy ASU
Having experience in analysis system of air separation unit ASU is a plus
