Mô tả công việc

Thực hiện kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm Anchor / SaMontec, bao gồm: ngoại quan, kích thước, bao bì và chức năng.
Thực hiện các phép thử kỹ thuật như kiểm tra bản vẽ, kiểm tra độ bền kéo, kiểm tra đinh và các thử nghiệm khác theo yêu cầu.
Ghi nhận và nhập kết quả kiểm tra vào hệ thống SAP; lập báo cáo chất lượng chi tiết và chính xác.
Đảm bảo mọi quy trình kiểm tra tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001 và quy định của công ty.
Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất để phát hiện, phân tích và xử lý các lỗi phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất.
Theo dõi tình trạng hiệu chuẩn và sử dụng đúng cách các thiết bị đo lường.
Hỗ trợ các dự án và hoạt động kiểm soát chất lượng khác của công ty tại Việt Nam.
Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, nắm vững các quy trình sản xuất như dập, đúc, tạo ren, xử lý nhiệt, mạ, ép nhựa,...
Báo cáo kết quả kiểm tra và đề xuất biện pháp cải tiến khi phát hiện sai lỗi.
Làm việc cẩn thận, trung thực, có tinh thần hợp tác và chịu được áp lực công việc cao
